Another Seoul; Seoul Infrastructure Plan

​

Urban transformation plan for neglected, underused, vacant infrastructures for transform into a new platform for technology, service, program and community. This study examines both international and domestic case studies to determine five ways that such revitalisation endows these spaces with local value. As Seoul continues to develop as a cultural hub in South Korea under urbanisation, the project suggests a new vision for the future urban space.
